We believe that meaningful learning happens when ideas are tested in practice, challenges are solved together, and young people are empowered to turn ambition into action.

From the classroom to the national championships

The Norwegian Student Company Championships bring together students from across the country who have developed and run their own businesses as part of their studies. The championship provides a platform for participants to test ideas, showcase their solutions and gain hands-on experience in innovation, collaboration and value creation.

By challenging students to turn ideas into viable ventures, the programme helps strengthen entrepreneurship in higher education while equipping young talent with relevant skills and experience for the future world of work. It encourages creativity, initiative and problem-solving, while giving participants valuable insight into what it takes to build and grow a business.

Innovasjonssprint

Intensive collaboration for new solutions

Innovation Sprint brings together students, academic communities and industry professionals in short, intensive innovation processes where real-world challenges are explored and developed further. Through collaboration, creative problem-solving methods and rapid testing, participants gain hands-on experience with innovation in practice and learn how knowledge can be transformed into concrete solutions.

By working on authentic challenges and developing ideas in multidisciplinary teams, participants strengthen skills such as collaboration, critical thinking and creative problem-solving. The programme provides valuable insight into how innovation happens in practice — from identifying opportunities to testing and refining new concepts.
