The future should be shaped by everyone.
We live in a time when technology is no longer a distant topic — it is the infrastructure underpinning modern society. It influences how we work, learn, communicate, create and make decisions. That is why it is so important that the future of technology is shaped by all of us. Not just technologists. Not just men. But everyone who will live in the world that technology helps create.
Since its founding in 2014, TENK has reached thousands of girls and young women through digital outreach, talks, workshops and events designed to spark interest in technology. Through inspiring role models and hands-on learning experiences, TENK works to make technology more accessible and encourage more girls to explore opportunities within STEM.
A cornerstone of TENK’s work is the annual TENK Tech Camp, which brings together girls aged 13–19 to learn about technology, develop new skills and discover the many educational and career opportunities available within the field. The camp is designed to build confidence, curiosity and a sense of belonging in technology and innovation.
