We support initiatives of all sizes across the country

Across Norway, thousands of dedicated volunteers invest their time and energy in creating activities and arenas that inspire people to learn and build confidence. Drive and passion can take you far — but it’s often the small barriers that stand in the way of something truly great. And more often than not, those barriers come down to funding.

Every year, we support hundreds of local initiatives by providing grants ranging from NOK 10,000 to 100,000 — with no strings attached.

You can apply for funding throughout the year via our application portal. Grants are awarded twice a year: once in the spring (May) and once in the autumn (October).

Applicants must be 18 or older and apply on behalf of an organisation, association, or club. Projects can be within sports, education, technology or culture in Norway.

• For applications of NOK 10,000, no detailed justification is required — simply fill in the form.
• For applications of NOK 100,000, a written application describing your initiative is required.
